SUP or Stand Up Paddling has had a huge resurgence and interest in the past year and is a growing sport phenomenon. SUP is a hybrid of Surfing and definitely a new addition to the waterman lifestyle. SUP Stand Up Paddling is done with long Paddles that are used for moving a larger than normal 31-34 inches wide surfboard for stability.
