Queenstown Registration

The Registration process is a little different to previous years and most of it is online. Also this year there are lots of included activities and we will be asking you to pre book these as part of the registration.

Registration will be done with the following steps.

Step 1 - If you are bringing someone else have you arranged their ticket?

If you would like to bring the family and/or any employees along, you can buy-in additional tickets for them.

To do so, visit the Buy-Ins page for all pricing options.

Once you've decided if you are bringing additional people, contact Bret or Lucy from A Tour Travel on
02 9875 2400 or email bret@atourtravel.com.au to book them in.

Bookings need to be made by ASAP

Once all Buy-Ins are complete, you will need to register each member of your party. NB you can register additional people later but you may not be able to get the included activites on the days you want if you don't do your Buy-Ins first.

Step 2 - Login to your TravelClub Account And Register People and Activities

When you log in, you will be able to register yourself and everyone who is travelling with you. You will also be able to choose what activities each individual would like to partake in and on which day (where spaces are available)

Please note you can only choose to do each activities once per person in your party.

After you have finalised everyone's activities you will have the option to purchase optional activities.

We have been able to get discount pricing to varying degrees.

You will need the email address and password shown in the email

Step 3 - Purchasing Optional Activities

You can now purchase additional days of certain activities (skiing etc)at our special discounted rates.

This is done on our online shopping cart, and all payments are made securely through PayPal.

Unlike the included activities, there are no limited spaces for any of the activities on sale.

Prices are in Australian (AU) Dollars.

Please not you need to select Adult or Child where applicable and also choose which day you want to book.

Once you have purchased any additional activities you will be emailed with a list of yours party's activities.
