So you know how your spend with Temperzone is progressing, you will be sent a monthly update by email.
- Can I bring my Family?

Temperzone encourages you to bring the whole family. We have special buy in rates for children. Children are welcome to participate in most activities.
- What activities can we do when we are there?

As part of the Temperzone Travel Club you will have the opportunity to take part in lots of activities and special events specifically organised for the Temperzone guests. For more information see the activities section. Click here
- Where are we staying?

At the Novotel Lakeside Hotel, located right in town close to all the restaurants and shops.
- Do you do all the arrangements?

Once you have qualified we ask you to fill in a few forms for registration and insurance etc. Apart from that all you have to do is get yourself to your local airport and back.
- Do we get Free Time?

There is plenty of free time for you (and your family) to relax and enjoy the resort.
- Are meals included?

All breakfasts are included and 3 other evening meals are included as group activities during the week. Lunches and remaining evening meals are up to you.
